This is an anonymous FTP server created on a WiiU console (I ever tried the Wii mode's ftp server, but same result) which I am able to explore just fine on my mobile phone via an app & on filezilla on windows & linux. In filezilla I had to select active transfer type & limit the connections to 1 for the most reliable experience with no dcs or hangs.
