Right now the window has a link to the official release announcement web page, which is good, but it would be even better if we could embed text for the most user-visible features for the release right there in the window.

Right now we don't have a source for this text, but creating it would be simple. We'd just need to decide where to host it.

Perhaps we could even take the opportunity to use AppStream's Releases feature for this and embed a sort of summary of the changes in each Plasma release, with a link to the full release announcement. Then we could just put a dump of that text in the window and it would be automatically correct for every release! That would be cool.
