printer ppd

SUMMARY
***
When using some ppd files, selecting 'custom user id' does not provide a way to enter such custom user id although this works on the CUPS web interface.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a printer with ppd having a JCL in the printer options
2. Go to 'configure' -> 'Printer options'
3. Scroll to JCL and change 'User Id (Up to 8 alphanumeric characters)' to 'Custom UserID'

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no text box 'UserId' showing up where you can enter the custom user id

EXPECTED RESULT
Text box 'UserId' showing up where you can enter the custom user id. Just like it does on the CUPS web interface
