STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install spectacle using this command: sudo snap install spectacle
2. Open the spectacle screenshot tool
3. GUI error: Could not take screenshot, please report this bug 

OBSERVED RESULT
The spectacle screenshot tool does not load properly.

Does it work if you use a distro package, rather than the Snap?
