STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open configure desktop and wallpapers menu
2. Wallpaper menu is empty
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Wallpaper menu is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
Wallpaper menu works correctly

Wrong description
When I set a wallpaper and wanna add wallpaper type(inactive blur), then I get a black screen

Inactive Blur is a 3rd-party wallpaper plugin; you'll need to ask for support from the author.

Based on the screenshot, I would imagine the problem is caused by either a code error in the plugin, or a mismatch between the QML components requested by the plugin and the QML components available on your system.
