STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install VokoscreenNG from flathub:
https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.github.vkohaupt.vokoscreenNG
2. open Spectacle
3. click on 'Tools' button and hover over 'Record screen'

OBSERVED RESULT
vokoscreenNG is not detected as installed

EXPECTED RESULT
vokoscreenNG is detected

"Tools" button no longer exists and Spectacle 22.04 will be able to record the screen on Wayland at least.
