STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download binary from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Alkimia_Nightly_win64/
2. unpack 7z file
3. start onlinequoteseditor5 from 'bin' directory
4. select profile 'alkimia5'
5. At the "Online quotes" widget click on "install" and install the online source 'fx-rate.net'

OBSERVED RESULT
In the "Online offers" widget, the installed offer is displayed as "local", has no details and is therefore not functional

binary factory has been retired and replaced by KDE gitlab CI.
