Please attach the output of running "pactl list"
It works on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS: Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.6 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.15.0-47-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11

The output from pactl list shows that PulseAudio does not know about the airpods. You will find that pavucontrol doesn't show it either. This means it's not a bug in Plasma. Please report this to PulseAudio/PipeWire (whichever you are using)
This is what looks like on Ubuntu, where should I report the bug to? Maybe I just to install some package?
