SUMMARY
It would be a nice addition to be able to duplicate the current Dolphin tab by middle clicking the refresh button. This already works on many browsers (Firefox, ...) and is a useful feature.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add refresh button to toolbar if not present
2. Middle click it

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Open the same tab in a new tab.

That makes some sense, but seems somewhat low priority considering that we now allow duplicating of tabs by double-clicking them.
