ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After changing themes in system settings app (which also crashed de while doing it), right arrow key stopped working. I can't get input in any app. Though text box (for example url box in Firefox) flickers when I press the button.

This can't be caused by any KDE code (input his handled deeper in the stack) so I would recommend that you ask the people involved with your distro for support with the issue.
