SUMMARY
Cannot change speed of stabilized clip.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a clip (MTS in my case), stabilize it (default settings with adding into project)
2. Add stabilized clip into tracks and change its speed (for example into 300%)

OBSERVED RESULT
As a result I see shorten clip (not with changed speed) with broken sound (also when pitch compensation is on).

EXPECTED RESULT
Valid clip with changed speed.
