Install through a terminal shell:
pi@argonpi:~ $ sudo apt-get install konqueror
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
konqueror is already the newest version (4:20.12.0-4+rpi1).
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
  libfuse2
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove it.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Rebooted. Konqueror is listed in the menu for Internet. I click on it and nothing happens. I'm on a Raspberry Pi 4 w/ 8 GB model using the latest Raspbian OS.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install on the command line. 
2. Click on icon
3.  Never launches

OBSERVED RESULT
Konqueror never launches

EXPECTED RESULT
The application to open.

I don't have a Raspberry Pi, but I tried installing Raspbian in a virtual machine and Konqueror started correctly.

Could you please try running Konqueror from a terminal emulator to see if it shows any error message?
