STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 monitors at same resolution
2. Set the left monitor to landscape and right monitor to portrait
3. Align the monitors on the bottom edge (instead of the default top edge) 

OBSERVED RESULT
Everything being displayed on the left (landscape) monitor except the mouse gets shown in the wrong location though the mouse interaction is based on where things SHOULD be displayed as opposed to where they are actually being displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Still have everything displayed in the correct location on the monitor and have the mouse location align with the everything else being displayed.

IIRC this was fixed already in Plasma 5.25; please try again with that version.
