When a category is empty, it appears grey in the menu. I think it should disappear.

Hello,
I could not reproduce this issue. I tried for example, moving all the items in Development to Education.
I get the behavior that you are suggesting.  Development menu is ignore and hidden automatically.

I've deleted the two subcategories that I had in Development section, and now Development is hidden. Thanks.
