SUMMARY
When you use the media player plasmoid in latte-dock, the media key shortcuts aren't working. 
This is a latte-dock problem because if I add this plasmoid into my desktop the media key shortcuts works without problems.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use latte-dock and add media player plasmoid
2. Open any media software (could be your browser, VLC, YouTube, etc.)
3. Use the media shortcuts from your keyboard (play/pause, next/last song, etc.)

OBSERVED RESULT
Media key shortcuts not working.

EXPECTED RESULT
Media key shortcuts should be working

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:  Garuda Dr460nized
KDE Plasma Version:  5.25.4
KDE Frameworks Version:  5.97.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As I mentioned, not a problem from my keyboard because if I use media player plasmoid outside of latte this works without problems.

you can not use plasma panels with systray in them and latte at the same time...
only way for this to work correctly is to drop plasma panel and change to latte panels that will contain your systray.
