KDE settings - en description

SUMMARY
A small part of the settings panel is not localised.
Position: System Settings -> Workspace -> Workspace bahaviour -> Section: Touch Mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to said position in the system settings on with german localisation

OBSERVED RESULT
Settings text is in english

EXPECTED RESULT
Settings text is in german

If this is fixed or closed as duplicate/not a bug please let me know where to find it the section of code on gitlab. I would not have a problem fixing this myself if I knew the place where to search for it.

In case the translation is needed:
Touch Mode = Touch Modus
(or just keep Touch Mode, this would be fine as well. You also call them "Touchscreen" and "Touchpad" in german and do not translate them to eg. 'Berührungsbildschrim' or 'Berührungsempflindlicher Bildschrim')
Never enabled = Niemals aktiviert
Always enabled = Immer aktiviert
In Touch Mode... = Im Touch Modus werden viele Elemente der Benutzeroberfläche vergrößert, um die Touchbedienung zu erleichtern
