STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to tools 
2.  color scheme 
3.  choose monokai dark
4. now open any file in a tab

OBSERVED RESULT
The tab title is almost unreadable in this theme

EXPECTED RESULT
the tab title should change according to its background should change to black

Please update to 22.08, this is fixed.
