SUMMARY
When using the automatic color picker for accent colors, it defaults to grey 90% of the time


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select automatic accent color in settings
2. repeatedly change wallpaper
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Grey is almost always selected as the accent color

EXPECTED RESULT
Accent color should vary as much as possible

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Notice that, by eye, it is even possible that grey is present in the image when it's selected - it does not seem 100% wrong. Nonetheless, on a folder of 20 images I have only 3 that produce a different result. Same thing happens with daily wallpapers.

This should be addressed by the change we recently made for Plasma 5.26 to prefer the image's highlight color over its dominant color--which indeed tended towards gray. This was one of the issues we were trying to fix.
