STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open some project
2. In the project sidebar right-click on a file
3. Click on 'gitk'

OBSERVED RESULT
A dialog saying I have no permission to execute this file

EXPECTED RESULT
gitk opens

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.97
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Running 'gitk' in Powershell works

The same thing works on Linux with Kate master

'fixed' by removing KMoreTools
