STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download package from ppa:multeqja/ppa for ubuntu release
2. start kstars from command line

3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Crashes on startup, looking for a file in a parsing routine. How do I get the needed file to move on from this?
