After update 5.1.0  – no starting

I noticed that Krota does not start if you open it directly from the shortcut (exe), but if you run the previously saved *.kra file, then the launch goes fine!

* attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports
* attach the contents of help->krita log for bug reports 
* check whether starting the exe using a compatibility mode or as administrator does work
* whether you have any security software installed other than Windows defender
