SUMMARY
When resizing with keyboard shortcuts (Alt+shift+j/k) the window gets offset and I have to toggle Yakuake to reset it.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press toggle shortcut
2. Press keyboard shortcut to increase or decrease height

OBSERVED RESULT
Window is moved outside of screen slightly

EXPECTED RESULT
Window should not move

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.15.62-1-lts
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4

This  seems to only happen on X11 and not on Wayland. I'm now on 22.08.03 and still experiencing this issue on X11.
