Description Samuel 2022-08-24 18:20:04 UTC
SUMMARY
In Wayland session, KRunner doesnt open when pressing corresponding shortcuts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into Plasma (Wayland).
2. KRunner open normally when using shortcuts. Do `plasmashell --replace &` or wait until the bug exposes itself.
3. KRunner stops working.

OBSERVED RESULT
I encountered this bug in Wayland session. As mentioned, after the `plasmashell --replace` command (or if the bug occurs without replacing plasmashell), whenever the KRunner shortcut is pressed, This is printed as output in terminal:
`org.kde.plasma.libtaskmanager: Got invalid activation app_id: "org.kde.krunner"`

EXPECTED RESULT
KRunner continues to function normally throughout the duration of session.
