The spinning sprite sheet

When I open the window to get new services, every screenshot currently loading or when a plugin is installing, the loading spinner doesn't appear as the spinner itself, but rather as a spinning sprite sheet of all animation phases.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin;
2. Settings > Configure Dolphin... > Contextual menu > Get new services...;
3. Open any item.

OBSERVED RESULT
The sprite sheet spins.

EXPECTED RESULT
The actual spinner should be there.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.97.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5

A few questions:
1. What icon theme are you using?
2. Are you running Dolphin in KDE Plasma, or another environment?
3. Do you see the same issue with the loading spinner in Discover?

1. A custom one based directly on Breeze, but I have also tried with the stock icons and the issue is the same.
2. In Plasma 5.25.4.
3. Yes, I also came across it in the System Settings.

Thanks. I suspect a local misconfiguration but don't have any proof.
