It says [ 0.387200] ACPI BIOS error (bug): could not resolve symbol {\_SB.PCI0.LPC0.E C0] , AE_NOT_FOUND (20210730/dswload2-162)
[ 0.387299 ACPI Error: AE_NOT_FOUND, During name lookup/catalog (20210730/psobject-220)
[ 3.800486] Integrity: problem loading x.509 certificate -22

(By the way, I am dual-booting KDE Neon with Windows 10 and Secureboot disabled and also when I move to older kernel. the message is gone)

Thanks. This looks like a problem with the underlying Ubuntu system rather than KDE, or Neon.

There are similar bugs on the Ubuntu bug tracker (e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/1960341), so I'm setting this to "Upstream" unless there's reason to think it's specific to KDE.
