Does this happen with any website or only a specific one? If it's only a specific one, could you please try with another browser? To me, it looks like this is a PHP error in the site code, not a Konqueror bug (you can see a question about a PHP error with the same description as the one you see at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24703020/php-parse-error-syntax-error-unexpected-stmt-t-variable).

If you get the same issue using Firefox, then my suspicion is confirmed: this is not a bug in Konqueror, but in the PHP code used by the site you're visiting.
