SUMMARY
Dome Tab Missing in 3.6.1 Beta

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Use simulator profile with dome simulator
2.  Connect
3.  Compare EKOS with INDI Control Panel

OBSERVED RESULT
EKOS Dome Tab is missing, whereas INDi Control Panel Dome Tab is present and working

EXPECTED RESULT
Visible Dome Tab in EKOS

Observatory module is now disabled until we finish more refactoring. This should be fixed when 3.6.1 stable is released.
