Konsole's "Split View" button with the Breeze and Oxygen style

SUMMARY
Breeze style uses a small arrow to indicate that a KActionMenu in a toolbar will have a submenu. Oxygen does not have any indicator, and so KActionMenus look like regular buttons.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable oxygen application style
2. Open Konsole
3. Click on "Split View" in the toolbar

OBSERVED RESULT
Since there's no indicator, I would expect it to be a button that takes some immediate effect

EXPECTED RESULT
The button opens a menu, which is unexpected
