Dolphin nicely displays previews of many file types selected by user in Settings as thumbnails, but when text files are selected almost all plain text files are displayed with some exceptions, like those with extension "log". The same file can be previewed as expected if the extension ".log" is removed or appended with ".txt" Such behavior may be understandable for extensions like ".bak", ".old", ".eml", ".html", ".xml" etc. but I think files with extension ".log" should be treated the same as ".txt". I don't reproduce this issue. With a file containing the text "toto" named test.log (echo "toto" > test.log) I am guessing something else is afoot, mimetype association configuration, previews settings... Tested (In reply to Méven Car from comment #1) > I don't reproduce this issue. Might this issue be KDE-neon-specific or fixed somehow in KDE Plasma 5.25.80 / KDE Frameworks 5.98.0 under Kubuntu?
