Can confirm on Fedora Kinoite. I've tried playing an .mp3 in flatpak Gwenview and there's no icon. Playing the same file on the RPM version of Gwenview shows the icon just fine. Cannot reproduce on Wayland with celluloid. What program, and does the audio KCM show the program when it's playing something?
