Try to right click panel Second method (alt-tab between windows / from desktop to window): 1. Have at least 1 windows open 2. Right click on the panel 3. Whilst the panel context menu is still open, hold alt+tab 4. Release alt-tab when the panel context menu disappears 5. Are you sure? I tried right clicking many times (more than 3) and the panel menu still didn't open
The manifestation may have changed but the trigger is the same, and the effect is the same.
I've just checked and this report is specific to the panel context menu. I can still right click system tray applets and task manager items because they don't have the "Add Widgets..." or "Enter Edit Mode". I can also right click everywhere else like normal.
