SystemD log since last boot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Logout of X11 session
2. Log into Wayland session
3. Reboot
4. Login to Wayland or X11 Session
5: Multiple settings are gone

OBSERVED RESULT
Actually I have issues to decide where to report this issue as it affects multiple areas of the KDE desktop.
Anyhow what I observed:
When switching between X11 and Wayland Plasma session and then do a full reboot it is very likely that multiple desktop settings get reverted.

This included:
- All wallpapers on all activities on all screens
  - Reset to be a black color
- Pinned apps on the taskbar (not mini programs) reset to only Firefox and Dolphin
- The Layout of all activities of all screens reset to Folder view
- Both session Wayland and X11

All this wouldn't be big of a deal if I do not have 10 activities, with different wallpapers each, all as Layout workspace and different pinned apps in the taskbar each as well.
Anyhow I am glad I was at least able to reproduce this issue now as I had no idea what htis could be related to for quite some time now :D

EXPECTED RESULT
Well, the above not to happen.
Even though you need to redo the settings on a Wayland session it would be great if it suddenly would not forget them for both X11 and Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am sorry that I don't know what to look at in journalctl so I added the entire log as an attachment.
There are however multiple occurrences of some

Aug 17 18:04:58 Z004 plasmashell[2179]: kf.plasma.core: requesting config for "Arbeitsfläche" without a containment!

and some

Aug 17 18:04:58 Z004 plasmashell[2179]: file:///usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/views/Panel.qml:179: TypeError: Cannot read property 'containmentDisplayHints' of null
Aug 17 18:04:58 Z004 plasmashell[2179]: file:///usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/views/Panel.qml:271: TypeError: Cannot read property 'location' of null

Which to me seems to be somehow related?

I attached the entire output of "journalctl -b" as a normal user whcih experienced the issue to get a smaller log file.
The same output as root produces a log 3 times as long and I suppose it does not contain any additional valuable information.
