STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Global Theme KCM
2. click on Breeze global theme
3. click on 'Choose what to apply...' button

OBSERVED RESULT
pop-up with scroll bar despite the empty space on bottom. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
no scroll bar

Can reproduce. Can you investigate, Dominic? It might ultimately turn out to be a Kirigami OverlaySheet regression, but we need to check.

This was fixed with a recent change to Kirigami.ScrollablePage in Frameworks 5.99.
