SUMMARY
I'm using Konsole without scrollbar, titlebar, etc., and after konsole is opened after reboot, tabbar is misplaced by about its height (see screenshot). To fix its placement, the following works:
- Ctrl+Shift+, to open Konsole settings
- Uncheck "Remove window titlebar and frame"
- Press "Apply"
- Check "Remove window titlebar and frame"
- Press "Apply"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove titlebar, scrollbar, menubar in settings.
2. Open second tab
3. Reboot
4. Open Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole opens with two tabs misplaced

EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole opens with two tabs placed properly
