SUMMARY I experienced a krunner crash, after which I noticed most things are a bit laggy (opening the kickoff launcher, applet menu, etc.). STEPS TO REPRODUCE I don't know how to reproduce this. OBSERVED RESULT Everything in plasmashell is delayed for a bit. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.97.0 Qt Version: 5.15.5 Kernel Version: 5.19.1-zen1-1-zen (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 480 Graphics

For some reason, it stopped happening. I didn't even reboot. I just used it normally.

To be honest, I don't know how it even happened (how to trigger it). I will make sure to make a log if I encounter it again.
I had the same issue, solved it by re-installing inxi package
