It's not in the processes view, so I'm guessing it's just combining everything akonadi in there. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Log in 2. I have the same problem on a fresh install of openSUSE... The RAM usage here is excessive: calendar reminder takes up 950Mb !! Kmail in addition takes another 350mb - resulting in 1.3Gb just for thee two akonadi processes. Please have a look into that... there are more reports about that on Reddit. Thx, p.
