SUMMARY
When you go to update the Supernova data, it gives an Internal Server Error.  I believe website withe the data has closed down.
NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols.

This is a known issue. Unfortunately, the supernova data source went offline. We don't have any alternatives now. If you know any open supernova data source, please let us know.
