Only a small remark...
In the site (https://files.kde.org/digikam/) digikam packages for a while not building.
Can you check what the problem is?

It's normal, Build computer is currently shut-down and as i'm not at home (holiday times), i cannot check with remote access.

I will go back in one week at home and fix the problem.
