Bookmarks created/added using Okular, not showing/ visible on other pdf viewers (Evince/Adobe/Foxit) etc. Tested on KUBUNTU & Manjaro(KDE).

Contents table on left pane can't be created.

The bookmarks are just bookmarks in Okular so you can remember the important files/pages for you, they are in no way expected to modify the table of contents of files.

I understand but the bookmarks should be incorporated with the file so that it can be viewed with other pdf viewers. Not a bug but may be a feature requested.
