STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open 'Properties' of a folder and click on 'Share' tab
2. check 'Share this folder...'
3. set everyone's control to 'full control'
4. click on the button to fix permissions

OBSERVED RESULT
'Share' tab has horizontal scroll bar and 'Required permissions' text is partially readable.
Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
no scroll bar, all texts are entirely readable without manual resizing

Well, the text doesn't fit in the given width so we need the scrollbar. At the same time if we grow the dialog to fit whichever long text that may appear, the other tabs would look weirdly off as a result. Nothing much we can do I fear.
