SUMMARY
If someone is using `/me`, the user highlight will show a matrix.to link preview.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send `/me testing`
2. Hover your mouse over the username in the message

OBSERVED RESULT
A matrix.to link of appears in the lower left corner.

EXPECTED RESULT
No matrix.to link should appear, as it is a normal user mention, and not a link in chat.
