notification with link to destination folder

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download a file with an internet browser - when the download is completed, Plasma shows a notification with a link to the destination folder, as we can see in the attached screenshot
2. click on the link to the destination folder from Plasma notification
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the destination folder opens but the downloaded file is not selected. If I click on the hamburger button of the notification and then choose 'Open containing folder', the destination folder opens and the downloaded file
is selected as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT
the destination folder opens and the downloaded file is selected
