SUMMARY
Kaffeine Version 2.0.18 not saving playlists both "internally and externally".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create playlist and files.
2. Save or Save As
3. No file created.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Playlist file should be created in chosen location.
