Description Riccardo Robecchi 2022-08-11 16:23:05 UTC
SUMMARY
In a multi-screen setup, rearranging the monitors in the KCM doesn't re-centre them after I've moved them, leading to vertical screen arrangements to be unworkable unless I exit and re-enter the KCM. This was the behaviour seen at least until Plasma 5.24.5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the KCM
2. Move one screen on top of the other

OBSERVED RESULT
The screens are not automatically re-centred.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screens are automatically re-centred.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: KDE neon
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This would/should be filed in the KCM section, but it is not available when selecting the component so I'm filing it under "common".
