SUMMARY

If gParted is open in background, Dolphin fails to enumerate/show disks/devices on side panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Open Dolphin. You will see Devices panel on left, with local disks.
Close Dolphin.
Open `sudo gparted`
Open Dolphin. You will see Devices panel on left is empty, does not show disks/devices any longer.

Close Dolphin.
Close gParted.
Start Dolphin. Now the devices/disks are showing up again.

OBSERVED RESULT
If gParted is open in background, Dolphin fails to enumerate/show disks/devices on side panel

EXPECTED RESULT
If gParted is open in background, Dolphin should still continue to show devices/partitions. This does not happen in KDE Partition Manager, but only if gParted is open.
