SUMMARY
***
I have "Invert scoll direction" checked in mouse settings.
When I fist login, this works fine, on my laptop trackpad as well as on my usb mouse.
If I unplug and replug the usb mouse, the setting don't apply anymore.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. check Invert scroll direction
2. log in: "natural" scrolling apply
3. unplug the usb mouse replug the usb mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
the setting does not apply anymore

EXPECTED RESULT
the setting should be honored, and the natural scrolling still work

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.24.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Going to systemsettings, deselecting Invert scroll direction / apply / reselect invert scroll direction / apply "fixes" the problem until next unplug / plug of the mouse.
