SUMMARY
Night mode doesn't work on Wayland


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings
2. Night Color, Hit Activate Night Color
3. Set Activation time Always on

OBSERVED RESULT
Does nothing
I've also it tried with the applet with the same results

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen should change color making it more warn with less blue
