SUMMARY
this might seem silly but i am able to see all sorts of stuff about my ticket like my seat number and gate number and time but not the name of the airline....
i found it odd because i am somewhat of a frequent flyer and it shows all the relevant details sans the name of the airline.

one could argue you are supposed to know that but why not show this info also while we are at it?

The airline name is supposed to be shown in the "Flight" section on the flight details page, after boarding group and seat information. If it's not shown for you, that most likely points to a data extraction issue, ie. it simply doesn't know the airline name. Addressing that needs looking at the specific document that isn't extracted completely/correctly.

i can give you like 3 different boarding passes and tickets, these would help to solve some issues. do you have an email or somewhere i can forward the passes if you are working on it personally?
