Description Christian Peter Nielsen 2022-08-08 14:07:53 UTC
SUMMARY
***
Audio played back by the Greek course material (the "Play Original" button) is so quiet, that even with the maximum volume increased to 150%, it's inaudible.
***
Exactly as the summary says. I downloaded the course material to use the Greek trainer, and when using the Play Original button, and having the volume all the way up to maximum (150% using the Raise Maximum Volume checkbox), you literally cannot hear what the speaker is saying.

This is not true when you record yourself speaking, and use the Play Yourself button; the audio from that is crystal clear, but it's not much point as a pronunciation trainer, when you can't hear what you're supposed to be repeating!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Artikulate trainer pack "Artikulate ελληνικά"
2. Open and attempt the first unit "Numbers"
3. Ensure your volume is turned up
4. Press "Play Original"

OBSERVED RESULT
Playback sound too quiet to hear.

EXPECTED RESULT
Playback sound should be audible and clear.
