STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update your system with Discover - in my screen recording I'm updating 18 flatpaks
2. while Discover updates your system, close and reopen Discover repeatedly
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
repeated notifications. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
just one notification
